Add a Sire Stable to your native or YMap property. If you're in a native home, you must have a built stable-like structure; either already built with the property or out of furniture items.

What you get

• A functioning stable on your property (additional $125,000 in-game); and with ability to add breeding to the stable (additional $1,000,000 in-game)

Requirements

• A property you own. Works on YMaps and on approved native properties
• 30 days must have passed since your last stable placement
• An additional in-game cost applies when the setup completes. 

Read this before you buy

Your stable does not follow you if you move. Buy a new property and you start over: the in-game stable cost again, active Stable Add-On package. However, if you've purchased breeding add-on once you can add it on again.
