Every package in this category upgrades a property you already own, and all of them are one-time purchases with no renewal. Some may be subject to repurchase if you choose to move; please see individual package details.

The furniture upgrades are for when you wish you just had a few more spots for furniture items. These packages do not involve the housing script - but another system that we've done to allow for more props to be added to your Native or YMap property.

Property revisions cover edits to an existing build and are priced by the size of the work, and landscaper mowing spots add up to 5 total mowing spots at your current property; Native or YMaps.

Plot upgrades are priced by the size you want to increase to. These upgrades do not upgrade your memebership tier - it just allows the eligability to build a larger property. Please only buy these with approval. If you buy a smaller upgrade now and decide later that you want more room, you pay the same total as someone who went all the way up front.

Every package here attaches to an approved property, so either have the discussion in your Real Estate thread, or open a ticket before buying if you are unsure which upgrade fits your plot or whether your current build supports the change.
